Random Stuff...
Thank God You're Here was disappointing. I was expecting it to be more like WHo's Line is it Anyway, but the people they had on just dont have the improv skills. The dad from Malcolm in the Middle and the guy from E! were ok, but Newman and Stifflers mom sucked.
The Office last night was awesome, although I was hoping Michael actually jumped. I was glad Patrice O'Neill was back on the show, even though it was only briefly.
Damn what a miserable morning as far as the weather is concerned. Cold, drizzly, gray. Brrrr...this global warming stuff really sucks.
Prison Breaks season finale was really lame.
When is Al Sharpton going to apologize to the Duke lacross players?
I find the sound of a clarinet to be very irritating. Not irritating like bagpipes, but just generally not soothing to the ears.
My spelling is atrocious. Ironically I just nailed the spelling of atrocious. But generally I am way too dependent on spell check.
Two nights ago, I was driving home from work. It had just begun rain a little. Im stopped at a red light. Im in the left lane and there is a left turn lane to my left. To the left of the turn lane is a small concrete median. Some young jackass makes a right on red on the other side of the street, his tires spin out on the wet pavement and he starts to fishtail. His back end swings around and crosses the median and hits the two cars directly next to me. Phewwww
The new Bruce Springsteen CD is pretty awesome. Mary Don't You Weep and Pay Me My Money Down are amazing.
I was watching the VH1 Rock Honors featuring Queen, Def Leppard, Judas Priest and Kiss and when Kiss was "honored" a super group featuring Rob Zombie, Slash, Scott Ian and Tommy Lee did a cover version of God of Thunder. Seeing them up there, particularly Slash and Tommy, made me realize how sad the state of rock music is right now. These are guys who have devoted their life, their look, and their life style to rock and roll. You have a few modern day musicians like Travis Barker who do a pretty good job, but its mostly these wanna be's like those twin douchbags from Good Charlotte who pretend to be all hard core, but they really aren't. Because if there is one thing I have learned from Jack Black, it's...."you're not hardcore, unless you LIVE hardcore".
Peace out bitches...

Glad you didn't get hit.
I hope they show the rock honors again.
I would have liked to see that.
Normally I like the dad from Malcolm in the Middle but not on Thank God You're Here. And the host from Talk Soup(?) was so obnoxious. I have to agree with you, Thank God You're Here was dissapointing. Whose Line even though is now in syndication only was so fantastic. Did you know the cast performed at a press function and the president spoke and Carl Rove had a skit. Forget the name. It's annual.
NYC got that crappy rain yesterday and Sunday we're getting a Noreaster!
Yeah the guy from Malcolm in the Middle is a funny guy. On TBS they show old episodes of King of Queens and Seinfeld every night during the week. He had bit parts on both shows. I had no idea he was the dentist on Seinfeld who converted to Judaism so he could tell Jewish jokes. He's a funny guy.
Yeah we are supposed to get the brunt of the storm tomorrow night. I think the drizzle we've been seeing is just a tease.
They show the VH1 Rock Honors on MHD alot. It's a new high def channel we just started to get about a month ago. I love that station. Very few commercials, and they have lots of concerts and live music on. Dave Matthews, RHCP, Coldplay. Its my new favorite channel!
I'm going to give "Thank God" anotehr shot ... but I don't know. The dad from amlcom in the middle was trying so hard to be funny and edge. He was terrible, not terrible like Monique on the second shjow though.
Wow you are brave sitting through the second hour. I didnt make it that far, I flipped over the Yankees game. Although I was tempted because Kevin Nealon was on that one.
