My name is Mike. I'm a 30 something father of one. Becoming a father has taught me so much about life and perspective. Watching your child from the time they are a helpless infant to an increasingly independent toddler, is truly amazing. After being way too sedentary for the past decade, I started the couch to 5K program and I'm now hooked. I am amazed that I actually enjoy running now.

Is that the same girl?
No not the same girl. I didnt get a change to write what I was going to. Things got crazy at work. The top girl is a US ice dancer and the bottom girl is on the US curling team
Who cares they will both look the same when the lights are out.

I thought she was the curler. Curling is awesome!
Ya know I found out that there is a curling club in Kelvin's old stomping grounds of Laurel, MD. If only we had known that when he lived there. We could have all gotten really drunk and tried curling.
