My name is Mike. I'm a 30 something father of one. Becoming a father has taught me so much about life and perspective. Watching your child from the time they are a helpless infant to an increasingly independent toddler, is truly amazing. After being way too sedentary for the past decade, I started the couch to 5K program and I'm now hooked. I am amazed that I actually enjoy running now.

That is very good!
for an older person like yourself to work the computer like that is very impressive.
Damn this arthritis!!!! The hands on the scarecrow would have been so much more detailed if it wasnt for the artheritis
