My name is Mike. I'm a 30 something father of one. Becoming a father has taught me so much about life and perspective. Watching your child from the time they are a helpless infant to an increasingly independent toddler, is truly amazing. After being way too sedentary for the past decade, I started the couch to 5K program and I'm now hooked. I am amazed that I actually enjoy running now.

Wow he has more than one record and does it to raise awareness cool.
How does one bowl for 100 straight hours??
I know, my shoulder and thumb hurts so bad after like 2 or 3 games of bowling.
Amaziningly Suresh threw 6 three-hundred games during that span.
