My name is Mike. I'm a 30 something father of one. Becoming a father has taught me so much about life and perspective. Watching your child from the time they are a helpless infant to an increasingly independent toddler, is truly amazing. After being way too sedentary for the past decade, I started the couch to 5K program and I'm now hooked. I am amazed that I actually enjoy running now.

hehe thanks. I'm working on adding it as the graphic on the top of my blog. It looks better full sized.
What is gross is he has been carrying the "hairy meatball" around in a mason jar since high school. It moves on its own at this point.
