My name is Mike. I'm a 30 something father of one. Becoming a father has taught me so much about life and perspective. Watching your child from the time they are a helpless infant to an increasingly independent toddler, is truly amazing. After being way too sedentary for the past decade, I started the couch to 5K program and I'm now hooked. I am amazed that I actually enjoy running now.

Nice pics. Hope you guys are feeling better. We were supposed to go apple picking but went pumpkin picking instead. Will post pics later on. Maybe next weekend Niel and I can go pick some apples?
Yeah we lucked out that we found a farm that had both pumpkins and apples. So we killed two birds with one stone. Look forward to seeing your pictures.
