So summer has unofficially ended, but one thing hasnt changed. Ken Jennings is still creepy. Have you ever seen a more forced smile? It's like someone has their hand up his ass like a puppet.

My name is Mike. I'm a 30 something father of one. Becoming a father has taught me so much about life and perspective. Watching your child from the time they are a helpless infant to an increasingly independent toddler, is truly amazing. After being way too sedentary for the past decade, I started the couch to 5K program and I'm now hooked. I am amazed that I actually enjoy running now.
